Mayotte Gaming provides guidance to assist licensees in maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Licensees remain fully responsible for their own compliance at all times.
Domain management
Licensed operators may request administrative changes to their licence, including the addition or removal of domains, subject to regulatory review and approval.
Alias management
Where permitted under the applicable licence, operators may request the addition or removal of approved domain aliases.
License verification
Mayotte Gaming can provide official licence verification confirming the licensing status of a B2C operator or a B2B critical service supplier, for commercial partners, PSPs, game suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Key person authorisations
Individuals occupying designated key roles within licensed entities are required to hold Key Person Authorisation, where applicable. Approval is subject to regulatory assessment and due diligence.
