Player support services
Dispute Information · Responsible Gaming · License Verification · Reporting Concerns
Welcome to the Player Support page of Mayotte Gaming. We are the official authority responsible for the regulation and supervision of Internet Gaming License holders on the Autonomous Island of Mayotte. Our role is to establish and enforce regulatory standards, promote player protection, and ensure that licensed operators maintain fair and transparent practices.
1. Player–operator disputes
Dispute process
Direct resolution with the operator
Players must first submit their complaint directly to the licensed operator. Operators are required to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days.
Escalation to ADR
If a dispute cannot be resolved within the 30-day period, the player may escalate the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.
2. Responsible gaming support
Mayotte Gaming supports responsible gaming and requires all licensed operators to implement player protection measures:
- Self-exclusion — Players may request self-exclusion directly through the relevant operator.
- Player controls — Operators are encouraged to offer deposit, wager, and time limits.
- Support resources — Players may be directed to independent support organizations.
3. License verification
To promote transparency, Mayotte Gaming maintains a public register of licensed operators. The license register is available at the License Register. Players are encouraged to verify an operator's license before engaging in any gaming activity.
4. Reporting regulatory concerns
While Mayotte Gaming does not intervene in individual disputes, we welcome reports concerning regulatory non-compliance, including:
- Failure to maintain a complaints process
- Failure to observe the 30-day dispute resolution requirement
- Refusal to participate in ADR
- Breaches of licensing conditions
Regulatory concerns may be reported via our Contact Page.
